The Peppermint Cottage is a non-smoking B&B

Families are encouraged
-Children 5 years old and under stay for free.
-Each additional person over 5 years on age is $20 extra

-A deposit is required to confirm a reservation

Cancellation Policy
– A refund (less administration fee) will apply if cancellation notification is received 14 days prior to the arrival date.
-The cancellation policy applies to any shortening of a stay or late arrivals.
– A $20 administration fee will be charge for any cancellation.

Check In and Check Out Times
-Check in time is 4:00-6:00 p.m.
(If you will not be able to check in during these hours, arrangements must be able in advance so that someone will be here to greet you.)
